Explanations for a tow or damage claim are answered quickly along with photographs and other justification. You do NOT have to take any heat. Our dispatchers direct all issues to your personal account representative.
If we made the decision to tow it, we stand by that decision. Towing disputes are always between the tow company and the vehicle owner – NOT the apartment.
