HOW DO I LOCATE MY VEHICLE

If you believe your vehicle was towed by Metro Parking Solutions, please call 817.834.1191 to locate your vehicle. We are here to answer any questions you may have. 

Our storage facility is centrally located at 4115 Goddard Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76111.

HOW DO I DISPUTE A TOW?

If you believe your vehicle was towed in error, please call 817.834.1191 between 9:30 am - 3 pm to speak with one of our account managers. Our management team will listen to your account of events. If by chance the tow truly was an error on our part, we will do everything in our power to make it right.

CAN MY APARTMENT MANAGER GET MY VEHICLE RELEASED?

No, absolutely not. 

There is no grey area when it comes to releasing a vehicle at no charge. Once the vehicle is towed and stored with Metro Parking Solutions, only the towing company can have the vehicle released. If by chance there was an error, please contact our office and we will be happy to walk through any questions or concerns you may have. 817.834.1191

WHY WAS MY VEHICLE TOWED?

Vehicles can be towed from private property (this includes apartments, town homes, gated communities and commercial properties) for a number of reasons. To identify the specific reason that your vehicle was towed, please call 817.834.1191. Our dispatch team is available to assist 24/7.

WHAT IF MY VEHICLE IS DAMAGED?

If you recover your vehicle from our storage facility and you notice any damage, please report it immediately to our office located on site. 

Our team will assist and give clear directions on how to file a damage claim. 

 

Good news! All of our tows are documented before and after the tow. Each tow is documented with pictures and video from beginning to end. 

WHAT DO I NEED TO RETRIEVE MY VEHICLE?

When picking up your vehicle from the storage facility, you will need a valid government issued ID. If you are the registered owner of the vehicle an ID will suffice. If by chance the vehicle is not yours, you will need additional proof of ownership or financial responsibility. Valid vehicle insurance with your name on it is the most common piece of evidence used.
