Notes:

Metro Parking Solutions agrees to maintain a 24 hour phone line for the purposes of: a. receiving tow away instructions from the authorized property agent or manager b. to assist vehicle owners in retrieving their vehicles.

The authorized agent(s) of the property agree tom inspect all the tow away signs provided periodically and notify us of any missing or defaced signs.

Metro Parking Solutions shall, at all times, comply with the city and state towing ordinances for the property's location and maintain sufficient insurance coverage at all times.

All towing charges for the removal of vehicles are the sole responsibility of the registered owner of the vehicle. Vehicles will always be stored at a secured and designated location with release available (upon proper documentation) 24 hours a day for convenience.

Renewal of this agreement will be ongoing unless written notice by either party of cancellation is received.

Metro Parking Solutions does hereby indemnify and hold the property agents, managers, and its employees harmless from any and all losses, dames, causes of action, court proceedings, or liabilities whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from the actions of Metro Parking Solutions pursuant to this agreement. Failure to comply with the Section 684.001 et. Seq. of the Texas Transportation Code as now exists of as amended in the future.
